What we do, in practice.
Six jobs, one point of contact. We answer seven days a week, in English, French and Wolof.
01Showcasing your property
Professional photos, a well-written listing, prices adjusted to the season and demand. Listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and our own booking site.
02Handling guests
Screening requests, fast replies, dealing with the unexpected, seven days a week.
03Welcoming and locking up
In-person check-in, key handover, an inspection at every departure. No one enters your home without us knowing.
04Upkeep
A full clean between stays, professional linen refreshed, welcome toiletries restocked, the property checked.
05Keeping watch
Small repairs handled straight away, tradespeople supervised, regular visits even when the property is empty.
06Reporting
A detailed statement on the 10th of the month, income paid out within 10 working days, our commission deducted and shown.
Our terms
We only earn when your property does.
We are paid a commission on the net income from your rentals. No bookings, no commission: our interests are aligned with yours.
Short stays, but also monthly lets to companies: we find the most profitable option for your property, at the right time.
Linen and welcome toiletries are covered by a fixed monthly package, so quality never depends on occupancy.
